Who is your favourite EK maker and why ?? :)

It may be quality or endearing features that make you decide but for aesthetics it has to be Hymenn for me. Totally unique beading, its mystique and a sexy pin shape do it for me!

For quality it has to be Juncker ! It oozes it !

Totally agree with that...
IMO Juncker cross are completely over-rated, just a jumped-up W&L really!!

The early frame Godet is probably my favourite of them all, but there's a lot to be said for the common ol' K&Q too.

My choice is the good ol' Fritz Zimmermann with that lovely chunky beading

Anyway, joking aside, I like my hand frosted Juncker crosses, I like my minty Wachtler & Lange EKs but my favourites would have to be Otto Schickle and second frame Godet EK2s.

I also like the Schickle crosses, just different from the Normal 39s. I think the Ubergrosse cross is neat too
