WW1 EK1 with 1939 spange

More/better pics are on their way, but I thought I would ask for opinions with what I have been sent so far. I have only seen one other like this, and that used the EK1 pin to secure to the uniform - the spange was without pin. The area between eagle head and wing looks more 'open' than I have seen on other examples, and there is no 'hook' at the edge of the wing nearest head. Fake??

Hard to tell anything from these pics Al, they're very small. I think judgement will be reserved until bigger and better pics arrive. Can you ask the seller for straight on front and back shots please, pin up and pin down? Angled shots are not good for determining authenticity of an item.
