A friend of mine travels to Europe every year to visit Utah and other beaches from the D-Day invasion Operation Overload. He brought me back some sand from Utah Beach and showed me pictures of what is left of the Atlantic Wall. So here's the sand from Utah Beach.

IM sorry to disagree with the others here but I believe that this sand is from omaha beach. You see the sand here has one white grain for every 300 tan grains. The sand at Utah has a mix of 2/300.

LOL, Just bein a goof. Great gift from a cool friend.

    Hi doc,
Great gift from your friend, but if he went to all five beaches why didnt he get you sand from them all. It makes a good set to display, We bought back all five and you would have found that all the sand is different from each beach. good friend though,
i would send him back for the rest. lol.
