This is the main cemetary for german war deads at Hunkovce for soldiers fallen during the defending the Dukla Pass area

On the road down direction Svidnik, at the crossroad you must follow direction to Kapisova to get into the Valley of Death

Pic 2 and 5 - funny to see an US M60 tank as signpost for tank battle between Germans and Soviets

... in that area ... Valley of Death ... there have been a large tank battle between Soviets and Germans.
Some say ... this has been the second biggest battle between tanks ... the biggest have been Kursk
