    It would make no difference, those tires are now rocks.

    You are aware are you not , that in this case ,
    rotating the tyres half a turn refers to rotating wheel and tyre half a turn as a unit .

    Don't be patronizing. Totally aware of what you mean, but it would only transfer a permanent flat spot to the top of the wheel - there is no pliability in those tires anymore, they are quite literally rocks. The only recourse to 'correct' the siutuation is new tires, which would wreck the integrity of the artifact.
