    I did not know these anti aircraft weapons exists. Fantastic pieces, i am happy to see they have examples in the museum for all to see and learn from.
    Collect ROA, Cossack, Schuma and other WW2 Volunteer militaria.

    i have been to coldiz
    7 years or so ago

    the only thing about the whole castle that made any sence to me was
    one man ,no name no pack drill
    as a young man in the 17/21l he came to us to teach
    escape and evasioun
    the IRA got him in the end


    im not sure that everyone will get a grip of what im on about
    im on my tod ,, inthe middle of bagdad

    Hi Ian, I know who you are thinking of, Airey Middleton Sheffield Neave, DSO, OBE, MC.

    Here is a cardboard cut-out of him taken by the Germans after his escape attempt. This was not on display for some reason when I was at Colditz, but Bee took this pic on her earlier visit.
