A good friend of mine has been recently been granted permission to take a sectional resin mould of this engine by the museum in order that a full-size plaster maquette can produced from which a bronze casting is to made. The bronze "Merlin" will then be featured in a future memorial installation he is working on.
I collect, therefore I am.
Nothing in science can explain how consciousness arose from matter.

That's what three hours of being asked if I've taken a photo of such and such and 'did I take a photo of this' or 'take a photo of that' does to me.........!
And if anyone doubts me, take a look at the reflection in the photo below. You can see the intensity of the nagging going on........
