Strangely enough no rain,in fact the weather was quite warm.

hi robin ,i remember you mentioning your impending trip ,how time flies mate ,superb pictures so thanks for sharing with us i notice no PPSH smgs on view for the rehearsal ,the tank helmets are very interesting ,they show no padding bonds/ribs ,cheers james

Hi James, If you zoom into pic 2 you will see that all are carrying Ppsh41's. I think I have clearer photos somewhere of this and rear views of the tankers for a better look at the helmets.I am wondering though if they are meant to be pilots.

To be honest James until you mentioned the helmets I thought they were tankers as well.
