I have enjoyed this site for many years. Although I no longer collect TR items, I still love to look at the "then and now" photos which are captivating and expertly done. A fantastic effort by Geoff.

For anyone with an interest in this, or is visting Normandy, France, Germany or Berlin then you must buy the books "after the Battle"

    Excellent editions include:

the third reich - then and now
Berlin - then and now - very very good
Battle of the bulge - then and now
Panzers in Normandy - then and now
    Ruckmarsch - then and now
Battle of britain - then and now

not cheap but incredibly well researched and top quality books.

    Cheers all

I think I've run across this site previously, none-the-less I went ahead and bookmarked the site. For me the most interesting parts was the section showing surviving German Eagles & how the swastika's had been disguised/removed/etc.
