82nd AA Ike jacket ?

A retired Army buddy of mine ( he got out in 91 with 21 yrs in ) told me he found an Ike jacket with an 82nd patch on it and a group - company/platoon ? group picture that was given to him by a vet he met when he was active duty. He wants me to come take pics of it and sell it for him. Any ideas on what it may be worth and how to sort of tell if it is a WW2 era patch ?.

A WW2 era patch will have a "tan edge" to it.

No idea on current values, sorry.
