I was watching these Airborne shoulder flashes on Ebay and IMO they sold at an amazing high price .
They fetched GBP 306.00 is this not way out of the ball park for a pair of Airborne strips or is there something I am missing.

Did you see the Norwegian NS items he is also selling Some very very rare items, also fetching very high prices.
Thanks, Glen.

The one NS tinne seems as if it will fetch a good dollar I must say I know very little about NS items must not be a lot of these around I would suspect most were produced in very limited numbers.

Whenever I can I like to buy items from other National Socialist organisations, right-wing organisations and fascist countries. Although sadly prices are usually very high due to the fall of the Third Reich nobody in these organisations would want to be seen as a collaborator with the Nazis; therefore a lot of these items were destroyed which is why there is a limited number of items like this in the open market. Also if an item from one of these many pre/wartime organisations many people would not know what these items are and the value that they have.
Thanks, Glen.
There are people who are nuts on ebay who bid whatever they have to if they see something they like
If I had the money I wouldn't hesitate buying the Norwegian items as they are so scarce.
Thanks, Glen.
Crazy price.....
Cheers, Ade.

I can see no reason why these 2 pieces brought the prices they did-maybe 2 stubborn collectors with too much money in their pockets both wanted them?

Not something you see for sale often, so maybe that is why they went so high, but a lot more than I would want to pay if I was looking for a set. The buyer must have have had bidding fever.

Jerry
