I have scratched my head over these wings and cannot come up with an answer. Because of the pin and safety lock for the pin I would suggest that they are more of a broach than a military issue, not much use I am afraid, John.

They look very similer to Isreali wings, if you go onto Pathfindergroupeurope.com on their menu is a section for para wings from around the world

The wings are Syrian from the mid 60s.

The pin and clasp are not war time, or even post war, even though there are clasps for ww2 badges like yours. It is a fact that there are hundreds of this type of fixing to hundreds of world wide parachute wings, from many countries.
    They are not Isralie.
Go to your library and get hold of the Bragg & Turner book of parachute wings, look for plate 60 and you will see they are Syrian, from the 60s.
