Another contribution from a wellknown seller of rubbish. This time the auction is spiced up with a pair of fake wings.

The date has been applied too low, grommets appear to be missing, plastic diamond has clearly been removed (hence the freshness of the colour behind it), diamond dots are poorly detailed.

A beret from a complete fictional manufacturer.

It ended early, someone must have told the seller it was bad but a bid of 210 GBP had been placed!

Here's a black beret, incorrectly described as a WW2 example.

The serif font, thin broad arrow and dotted diamond was first used somewere between 1955 and 1957 with this manufacturer.

A 1947 khaki beret. It is not a 1939 reissued beret, these did not exist at that time but I'm sure the Flitters would not be bothered by such a minor detail.
