    I don't believe they are. They appear to be made of bronze,
    and this would indicate that it is a '1/20th silver filled' type
    which began in the late 50's or early 60's............

    i believe your wing to be post war although clutch back version were available its very hard to prove they're are of WW2 issue see below for pics of my WW2 jump wings for comparison

    Yes quite a difference between yours and mine. I would like to mention that my pics did not turn out the best, the wings are silver but they turned out brown on the pictures. Not sure if this makes any difference. Thanks guys for your help!

    The original photo shown are identical to the wings I was issued in the Drop Zone at Fort Benning in September 1979.
