Invasion armband question

Has anyone ever seen one of these? Or have any info on it?
It has the Operation Husky type flag.

Yes theese where issued to all invasion forces but this one is very nice being this one was prolly vet made because it was a medic armband and the flag was added later either for the invasion orjust to identify the medic as being from the Us because all countrys had similiar armbands for medics
