looks ok to me but its been a while since i had my hands on one so wait for some other oppinions

It looks OK, but I am a little bit troubled by the washed out label and the rust marks. It appears to be an issued jacket given the ink stamped serial number in the neck. Maybe it has just been washed too much.

What maker is on the zip fasteners?

Looks good, but I'd like to see pictures of the shoulder straps and snaps. What mfg is the zipper?

I would say yes...You can see how the webbing for the zipper is a OD while the main color is light shade of OD#3 (khaki/tan). Also those paint markings usually represent either different warehouse storage or how many people/ times it was issued.
