Cheers Terry, they were a pretty tough bunch, jumped from wartime DC3's my mate joked that each time they were given a new coat of paint they had to reduce the number of guys in the stick! Their jump hight was very low, Most jumped light scales and with training shoes rather than jump boots. A few of them joined us after the brown stuff had hit the fan following the war in Rhodesia.
Nice looking wings, the lowlight threads in black really add to them.

Yes they are nice Jerry, I would think they are hard to get now.
They're RhArmy para wings for the camo, sands and khaki uniforms. The RLI never had their own wings. They wore army para wings just like every other unit other than the RhSAS and later the Selous Scouts when they were issued their bronze numbered wings.
