War Time or Post War oval

Is this 504th oval war time or post war? The gold trim is what is making me second guess it as being post war.

The style and cloth many of the wartime ones were produced on twill or wool

I'm still on the fence about it. I've seen some that are made of this matieral that are war time.
Anyone else have a say? Any answers would be much appreciated.
