Traffic was a nightmare though, it took me an hour and 10 to get from Sleaford to Conningsby. A journey that would normally take me 25 to 30 minutes!

It was certainly busier than 2 years ago when the rain was terrible.

I'm pretty used to the Typhoon displays now, when you've been underneath the thing twice a day for 4 months it tends to get a bit annoying and less and less impressive. But, how cool was the Chinook display? A helicopter that big should not do the things it was. Anyone who thinks a Chinook can't go vertical should check the display out!
