Thought i would post this up as was given this today by a mate of mine . markings are A M with a crown for air ministry and the REF No 5D/534

Classic item. Looks like a used one too.

One of those pieces that makes you wonder if it was actually used in anger, and if so, how much damage was caused by that one little switch.

it was taken off a Lancaster and used to still have the flex attached but the flex was removed many years ago and used for something else.

My thoughts are the same as Rob's-think of the death and destruction that one little switch dealt out in it's lifetime! Very impressive!
