Seeing as the aircraft is currently in the Ukraine where all that bad $h!t is going on, I wouldn't hold yer breath on getting the expensive pile of scrap delivered after the vendor(who is based in Switzerland, not a good sign when you are chasing stolen cash) has run off with your investment....But there is one born every minute, isn't there???

I would think that it cost about that, perhaps even less when NEW...

...and would need quite a few $hundred-grand to make it completely safe for occasional "recreational" use.

I'd consider it if I had money to burn. But alas, a MiG-15 would suit me better if that was the case, as I prefer coupes over sedans and wagons.....

Checking out the guy's feedback, he seems to be more at home selling jeans, T-shirts, bottles of aftershave, instruction manuals for photo copiers, second hand vacuum cleaners and the odd CNC die pattern than being another Adnan Khasoggi, so it's probably a bit of a stretch about the offices in Germany, Switzerland and the Ukraine.
