WW2 Me 109 / FW 190 tail wheel?

Hey Guys,

Is this an original WW2 tail wheel?

"Continental 380 x 150 SPORN" marking, etc. - and if yes, what's the current market value?

According to German Aircraft Landing Gear (Sengfelder), the 380x150 was used by the Bv141, Bv155, FW190, Ta152C/H, He70, Hs126, Hs129, Ju86, Bf110C, and Si204. That wheel does not look like the type used by the FW190, so it would seem to be one of the others.
