From me also Happy Birtday Chuck!The Allgemeines Sturmabzeichen looks good in my opinion.It belongs to Rudolf Karneth,from Gablonz an der Neiße.It is a variant with so called ball hinge.The price could be always cheaper for a collector

But 140 Dollar is a "normal" price for a dealer.

As Joachim says,an original Rudolf Karneth ball hinge ASA. Price is about right for a dealer to sell one of these for. But they can be found cheaper privately,due to the fact they're the most common zinc ASA. Stewy
