I would guess this is trying to be a Juncker. But as noted above the numbers in the box are all wrong . Further the hinge and pin set up are wrong. And the round wire catch should have a round catch plate which this does not have sitting so high in the box.

I have not had much experience with the Junckers (attributed) so will let others comment on the wreath and eagle as I can't see much from the angles and quality of the photos.

As Michael stated, the catch should have a round catch plate, and should be centered in the space.
Also, the pin is wrong, the numbers are wrong, and the shape of the eagle's head is wrong.
It actually looks like it is cast in one piece and the rivets are for decoration only.
