It's a nice Deumer type 1.20.1 in buntmetall, the condition is about fairly standard as these go, so no worries. Believe it or not, the later zinc badges by this maker, both hollow and solid, are rarer. On the other hand they did produce the above badge with a nice clamshell screwback set up that is a really nice find if you come across it and very rare. Even though the badge is a little "quirky", the eagles head design is a bit weird looking, this is a nice badge to own and I would have no problem in buying it, it's a good representative piece.
'I do not think we can hope for any better thing now.
We shall stick it out to the end, but we are getting weaker of course, and the end cannot be far.
It seems a pity, but I do not think I can write more. R. SCOTT.
