Hi chuck,

the pictures are not the best!But from the Design,it could be a ASA that belongs to Deumer.I have a solid badge from (Deumer?) in my collection.

Its not sure,that are those Badges from Deumer.But many collectors,say Deumer Badge to this variant.Can you post better pictures,a little bit sharper?

From the eagle head it looks like a Karneth to me not Deumer, but better pictures needed.
