    Places like that are really cool. I know of a local abandoned mental hospital that still has some weird equipment inside. Old wheel chairs and cots, exam tables and file cabinets, not to mention the morgue. A true step into the past.

    Its amazing that somewhere like this can be left with all that stuff inside for all those years, and its in Birmingham.

    Considering the strict gun laws you guys face... I'm surprised this place still exists. It looks like there's more than enough there for someone to put together some working firearms.

    They all appear to be 'skeltonised' .303's. I wonder why there are so many, surely there can't be that much of a market for them outside of military training?

    It has to be remembered Birmingham was at the heart of the commercial arms trade in Britain in the 19th century and well into the 20th-BSA anyone?

    Wow, that's pretty cool. I wonder what the score would be on salvaging those parts.
