I visited this site back in 1998 and recovered a large number of artifacts. Only way into this area is by helicopter but managed to sling out a complete gun turret with 2 complete 20mm cannons.

The crew bailed out over the Pacific coast, all 17 of them. Unfortunately five of them were never found and presumed drowned at sea. More info around here:

They may both of carried the same bomb, but look at the difference in aircraft!!!!

It was an amazing plane, the four turrets were carried internally and popped out when needed!

Thats a sad story about 5 of the crew never being found, but at least some of them survived. So where about are the artifacts that you managed to collect now?
