Hi Guys, this tank was an old find over 10 years ago now. You can read all about it here:

One of the men killed in this tank was from my home town of Nottingham:

    Hi,

I've just found a website dedicated to the 'Tank of Flesquieres', here's the link:

    www.tank-cambrai.com

Thankfully it seems like measures are taken to stabilise its condition and prevent any deterioration. As you know that's so often not the case with vehicles of historical significance, which are so often left to decay until they're past saving. It even looks like there are plans to create a permanant museum to house D51 "Deborah", which will be good.

What is the fate of this MK V "Big Willie"?
I'd like to know this as well, including how deep down it was.

    Luke
