Great restoration effort. That Stug appeared to have taken a direct hit? You do great work and i commend you on that. Along with your friends. Alot of thinking and muscle goes into a project such as that. Are you the historian of your crew or another man?
Looking for the photo albums of Leutnant Emil Freitag, 3. / G.R. 377
Awesome job I missed this thread
On fotos reenactors and man in civil dress, he and his team made this job, i just historic and reenactor from this group. Unfortunately original engine was lost, and they fitted inside diesel from modern truck. Crisis, they decided to save some money on fuel!
Brilliant restoration. Well done guys!
I'm going to Minsk in a few months, and the Stalin Line museum is on my list of places to visit. I'm just wondering, will this Stug III be in the museum from now on? Or will it be in a private museum? On private property? Would be great to see it while i'm in the area!
Regards to you all
No, this Stug not in private collection. it is belong to Stalin,s line war museum. The have open place for displaning military vehicles, but most expencive like Stug, PzKw T3, BT 7 they keep in closed park. Ask stuff and they will show you, it is free.
