BELOW ARE 6 PICS OF A GERMAN WW2 K98 RIFLE GRENADE LAUNCHER.
which would attach to rifle tip with the release clamp thats the part that sticks out on the side, then would fire a round to set off the grenade projectile in the launcher, great handy little weapon.
part of the top cup to hold the greande has rusted away but you can get the idea of how it works...
