Help identifying small brass item from Somme

I've visited the somme a few times and have always found these objects each time, could anyone help me identify them?

I think it's a Lee Enfield butt stock disc?

I dont think its a butt disc it looks too big i think they would compare with a 2 pence piece

Not a butt stock disc. Way too big.

Any markings on the piece at all ?

It's an inside-part of a British Nr80 Time fuze
Used on 18Pdr Shrapnell shells.
This is the part where the flash tube starts from (and runs from top to bottom in the shell, where the propellant charge then bursts out the shrapnells).
Most likely Great War era
