Must find some interesting items over there. This poor rifle sure has seen better days.

Was probably an "Obrez": a rifle cut to pistol size by the "partisanen".

    Very interesting!
I would not have thought is an Obrez....is very weird to think I found this near a big city in romania, in a forest very close to a village called Miceşti....a colleague told me that the Germans and Hungarians has retired there during ww2, but in very very small details....There I found some bullets, very interesting, because all were unused (aprox. 100 bullets), and just 4-5 I found fired (and 70% were Yugoslav..WHY?...)....very much shrapnel, 4 head mortars...and a German button...it was a very small conflict...in a very small space...it's interesting to think that every battle / fight has its story....Who knows what happened there???
