    Was the 'cornish airfield' St. Mawgen by any chance?

    As an interesting addendum, have you noticed the nose wheel undercart panel coded XH132? Check this out, it's interesting!

    Hi Ned,
    Yeah spot on mate, it,s approx 25 miles from where i live so not to bad I went there on Wed, to have another look up close.
    It,s not a bad repro, I live 3 miles from the R.A.F, Portreath,
    Back in the eighties when they refurbished the airfield they found a lot of old aircraft parts including spit parts, but they were all put down the mine shalft to fill them in. what a loss,
