    A medical pouch/bag, taken from a German bomber (JU88), complete with contents label, or so I was told..

    Also included, is the metal panel, that was located inside the plane, to hang the pouch on

    Fascinating Piece, I've never seen one of these before...Thanks for showing! The Tag states "Wounded must use High-Altitude Gear until landing"...
