That fuse in your hand was live and from a german 20mm canon round. It was still attached to a GAINE which has enough explosive power to have blown your hand and face off.
Never move or pick up anything like that as this stuff is VERY unstable

I got this answer:
-The detonator you found is from a 81mm Gr34 German Mortar shell.

The detonater is not from a 8cm Grw34. It is the top part of a American P.D. M57 fuze.
