Default Normandy finds - need ID

    Afternoon

Taken to sorting out my garage and stuff I've uncovered in normandy - couple of its still cant's ID. Found a handful of tiny casings in area fought over by British and Germans in 44. They have cordite strands and were close by mortar and artillery positions.

Other items are aluminium - one has some German writing on it the other looks exploded. Ive found a few like this.

    Help please!!

    Hi billers.
It looks like someone would have try to fight again against germans... Or maybe try to stop American soldiers progressing but not in 1944... Your small cases are 22 LR caliber and it is not (for what I know) a caliber used in WW2 (exception for training).
So I think you can put on the trash this cases.
I don't know what other things pictured are...
