Looks like the support for a drop tank or bomb mount.
The shape looks like it would fit under a wing - maybe it was jettisoned?

looks more like an outboard ordnance stores pylon off a Harrier to me.

Are these able to be jettisoned?

You know I think so, I'll need to check a few things before saying so categorically. I Hunters certainly where, big 20 mm charge in the pylon - strictly for emergencies though, the tanks or stores were certainly jettison-able.

Looks very much like a wing pylon with a 119 ERU fitted. Its not Harrier as the one shown is a wet station and its not big enough to be the Harrier wet station. Could be Jaguar.

Wrong shape for a Jag, it looks like an F-4 armaments rail, but I agree it looks 'wet' and the F-4 are different shaped for fuel cells.
