This piece came from a seller in Volgograd and while it cannot be proven, probably from one of the many that operated out of Tatsinskaya or Pitomnik Airfields ( 70 were lost at Tatsinskaya alone when it was overrun )

The JU-52 was indispensable in supplying Paulus' encircled 6th Army and evacuating the wounded.

    Thumbs up

I'd say that looks authentic enough - unkind souls will jeer and say it's a bit of old corrugated iron but the gauge of the alloy, traces of paint and close-set, domed rivets look typical and make for an evocative Eastern Front relic.

    Looks honest to me!...
It's a wasted trip baby. Nobody said nothing about locking horns with no Tigers.
