    Wow thanks for posting. That was a treat indeed. When I found out the tank was being used in the movie Fury I was elated. Great flick and thanks for taking time to post.

    When 131 was used in the new Brad Pitt movie "Fury" there was an agreement on how much the tank could be run including how many gear changes they could make as the gearbox is seen as the weak point. Consequently they had to have some new gears cut in case of any drama's which apparently cost in the region of £30,000.

    The contractual agreement was something like they were allowed to move forward 11 times and reverse 7 times, or very close to that, and Bovington supplied the driver.

    thanks for additional info Ned. Usually don't hear of these details when reading reviews. Don't usually buy movies but will purchase when available on DVD.
