The left one, could easily be a Russian F1 grenade.

The other one, looks like a German M/39 grenade. The so called "Eierhandgranate" in a pre 1942 version.

Thanks a lot 37Webbing (TACK!). As with the Eierhandgranate, it looks like one, I find it interesting that it looks like it´s been painted camo white? Is that something that was common?

Ei kestä Jan (did I get that right? )

Well, I am not really the one to tell you if they painted the grenades white or not.
My expertise is normally confined to Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and British equipment.
We are not allowed to collect inert hand grenades in Denmark, but I think it is plausible that they gave the grenades a splash of white paint.
Why camouflage yourself when the things you carry will give you away?
However, I believe there must be some one else on this forum that can answer you question with more certainty.

I bought this one in a shop in Oulu, Finland in 1985. The shop had a box full of them. Ignore the fuse/ring top as I added that myself for display (which I found in Denmark in the 1980s at some kind of army practice area).
