    Can you make out what the white writing on the red back ground is? Could it be DANGER?

    I think from a self sealing petrol tank aircraft.

    thanks for your answers. It is very hard to read. Do you have a picture or so of another one on which is DANGER written?

    I was just guessing at it being Danger as 'White on Red' is usually a symbol of danger or a safety device. Modern aircraft have flags which are red and have things like 'Remove before flight' etc. marked on them.
