Adolph Hitler " Berghof" Cloths Brush
Now here's a talking point - I picked this up from a good friend of mine that has had this for 20 years - and before that the person he grabbed it from had it for 30 years - It is Ivory, and it has the "AH" Monogram - and there is a silver plate on the front of where it was taken and the year - Nothing exciting, just a cloths brush and I suspect that it was given as a present to the household, like so many gifts - stuffed in a cupboard until someone came along and liberated it - or maybe it was in a hotel that the entourage visited- like the cutlery and plates - Obviously there is no way of telling if "the man" used it, I doubt it very much, and it's not for sale - so I'm not telling a story, but to say that it's interesting is, I think an understatement
When you're wounded and left of Afghanistan's plains,
An' the women come out to cut up what remains,
Jest roll to your rifle an' blow out your brains,
An' go to your Gawd like a soldier." - Rudyard Kipling

"Much that once was, is lost. For none now live who remember it."
