won this on ebay ,still waiting for it to land so as yet only have sellers pics which arent great,apparently a vets estate find, but does it have a chance from these pics ?its stamped on the back Welner, cheers Dave

Hi Dave, better pics are needed, but I have seen AH silver made by Wellner and this looks similar, so it has a chance. How is Wellner spelt, with 2 L's? or only one as you posted? The others I have seen are with 2 L's.

its just arrived,i have taken a few pics but its hard not getting a reflection from me

its just over 10 1/2 in in diameter,i borrowed a friends book on this stuff and it shows one similar which i have posted with my pics, cheers Dave

Sorry Dave, but I think this might be a copy/fake. The details of the eagle, its head in particular and its legs, as well as the AH lettering is different to the examples I have seen. I'm not an expert, so others might have a different and more informed opinion than mine.
