It measures 8.5 cm. or 3 1/4 in.

A disc reflecting the organization for saving sailors in distress - don't think it has anything to do with the III Reich as this organization is still active to -

Dean - cool looking display - nice. As to the disc they could be mounts or even used for placing on car coolers.
