It looks like a genuine Pagels bust to me. The marble base is absolutely correct in colour and patina on known originals. Pagels' version of Hitler is probably the finest bust around and considered rather rare IIRC.

Yes looks like a good one i used to have a Herman Goring bust by Pagels that was marked the same
