    Its a plaque which looks very post 45 which they tried to embellish with hokum SS ruins -
    Heres one I have which is similar -

    There are several similar plaques pictured here in a period catalog, but they appear to be Heer/Kriegsmarine. I can't speak with certainty, but as an inexperienced collector, I wouldn't feel comfortable with that SS one.

    SS runes on helmet. Heer collar patches. Would they really make such a mistake???
