    Very interesing. Sieg oder Siberia - probably this item is from the 1944 when nothing was to lose anymore. We have even today here a good saying: "Death here or in the Siberia!" The meaning is that it is much more honorable to die for your country then to be a POW and sent to Russian POW camp in Siberia.
