Emblem with steel helmet

Hi gents,

Today I've acquired the brass emblem that obviously is made by casting. I cannot recognize what does the emblem signify. Probably, it is associated with the organization "Der Stahlhelm" or something such kind, but most likely this is postwar thing.
Please, pay attention to fastening on a bottom of the emblem. It had three tabs, but two was broken.

As you said if I were to relate it to anything it would be the "Der Stahlhelm" association.

Looks like it is from the 60s possibly german war reunion plaque interesting
