fAKE Spoon or not?

Hi, im interested in these two items, i know the the book is ok, but my main concern is the spoon?
What are your opinions about it? good or not?

Looks good to me, there aren't THAT many copies of spoons(except SS spoons).

i already talked to the seller about that and he told me that it only has the eagle and the swas

I would have my doubts relative to the spoon , its a real spoon but I dont believe period- not for me.

That is the infamous dove headed eagle on the spoon to me. Definitely not period as Horst said.
